Our Story
I'm Sebastian, and I've been a passionate Pokémon collector for the past five years. Originally from Colombia, I moved to the U.S. in 2018 and lived in Iowa and Texas. I traveled to Arkansas and California for conventions, slowly building up my collection and meeting people who shared the same love for the game.
My journey started like many others—watching the anime, borrowing a friend's Game Boy Color to play Pokémon Yellow, and later spending over 800 hours on Pokémon Emerald after my dad gifted me a Game Boy Advance. Rayquaza became my all-time favorite, and today I'm on a mission to collect every Rayquaza card ever made.
In 2022, I moved to Toronto, Canada. While I've found some great local shops and connected with fellow collectors, I noticed how difficult it can be—whether in the U.S. or Canada—to find local events, good stores, or just places where people can connect over the hobby. That's what inspired this website.
A Team Effort
I'm not building it alone, though. One of my closest friends—who's not into Pokémon like I am—joined me on this project because he believed in the idea and wanted to help make it real. He brings a fresh perspective and helps with everything from development to design and logistics.
While the Pokémon passion is mine, this platform is very much a team effort. Together, we're creating a space for collectors, players, and fans of all kinds—whether you're new to the hobby, just moved to a new city, or you're simply looking for a local shop or event to check out.
